Giving research data a physical form or simulating products can be an invaluable way of assessing reactions to concepts early on in the development process. Prototypes and visuals are also very useful for promoting the product to interested parties before financial commitments need to be made.

Product Design: Create

Reflecting a company's values and aspirations in a product's aesthetic can be crucial in forging a successful relationship with the consumer. This visual language can convey a lot about the company, and can shape the consumer's perceived image of the benefits that the product or service may provide.

Every user's experiences with the product are going to shape their relationship with and view of the brand. Brand loyalty is no longer simply a matter of technical efficiency, and the brand must be able to reflect the consumer's needs intuitively and perceptively.

Product Design: Develop

The journey from product conception to production may involve a variety of routes and lines of communication. At BIB Design, we make extensive use of 3D CAD systems to provide all involved parties with a comprehensive image of the product as it develops. Whether in the form of animations for presentations or 2D and 3D CAD data for manufacturing and patent applications, CAD visualisations can be used to easily establish the product's proposed aesthetic.

Rapid prototyping from CAD files allows parts to be tested for mechanical suitability, which means that assembly issues and ergonomics can be assessed before tooling investment.
