Bauder has teamed up with several key manufacturers to develop rooftop products designed specifically for use with our waterproofing systems. The range includes a selection of rooflights as well as photovoltaic panels, all of which can be installed on the roof without affecting the integrity of your system. Reinforced Bitumen Membrane Systems

As Europe’s leading manufacturer of bitumen membranes, synthetic membranes and PIR insulation systems, Bauder can offer a wide variety of sophisticated flat roof solutions. 

Our time-proven, fully integrated waterproofing and insulation systems incorporate SBS elastomeric bitumen-based membranes and highly efficient PIR insulation. Designed for both new build and refurbishment projects, they offer exceptional performance, durability and versatility.

Single Ply Systems

Single ply roofing systems are ideal for buildings where weight and load bearing limits are an important consideration. We have two options for you to choose from, both of which can be made to meet all shapes and sizes of flat roof. 

• Thermoplan FPO – This is a flexible polyolefin single ply membrane that’s both long lasting and environmentally friendly, representing a major breakthrough in synthetic waterproofing technology.
• Thermofol PVC – This is a PVC single ply waterproofing membrane that’s quick and easy to install. 

Both of our single ply roofing systems are fully FM approved. 

Structural Waterproofing

Introducing Bakor 790-11, a hot melt monolithic membrane system that’s perfect for waterproofing beneath paved or ballasted surfaces, car parks, podiums and plazas, green roofs and substructures. Bakor 790-11 is made from a unique blend of selected bitumens, synthetic rubber and mineral stabilisers. It is modified to promote adhesion and improve low temperature flexibility. When applied, Bakor 790-11 forms a robust, flexible monolithic waterproofing layer that remains ‘live’ so that minor penetrations and cuts will self-heal. Providing it is fully protected and subjected to normal service conditions, the system will remain waterproof for the design life of the structure. Find out more by visiting Bauder online.

Cold Liquid Applied Systems

Our Cold Liquid Applied systems are based on PMMA (Poly Methyl Methacrylate) resin technology, making them easy to apply, incredibly fast-curing and exceptionally durable. We offer two Cold Liquid Systems:

• Bauder LiquiTEC Roof System – A polyester reinforced system designed for both new build and refurbishment projects. Can be applied to a wide variety of substrates, including concrete and timber, as well as existing waterproof membranes. 
• Bauder Balcony, Walkway and Terrace System – Incorporates all the features and technology of Bauder LiquiTEC but with the added benefit of a heavy-duty course to make it suitable for trafficked areas.

Bauder has been designing, manufacturing and installing green roofs in Europe and the UK for over 30 years.
