Our Services

At Batchflow Engineering, we are continually updating our production facility and investing in new machinery to ensure our service to the industry is the best it can be. With 20 CNC machines allowing 24-hour production we can take on small, or large batch production runs with ease. All materials, from plastic to titanium, can be processed by our team of highly skilled engineers and delivered to customers in fast turnaround times. Our plant list includes fixed head CNC lathes, sliding head CNC lathes and vertical machining centres.  Our sub contract services include (but are not limited to) plating, painting, anodising, welding, grinding, polishing, fabrication and more.

As an ISO 9001:2008 accredited company we are committed to achieving maximum customer satisfaction and delivering excellent quality services to new and existing customers alike. We employ an excellent Quality Management System that enables us to meet and exceed customer expectation. Batchflow Engineering provides complete traceability on all materials, process and inspection records.  

Hydraulics

We are proud to boast an incredibly talented team of engineers who work closely with customers to deliver high quality hydraulic components to customers in a range of industries. Working to tight tolerances and to high levels of component cleanliness, the team at Batchflow Engineering is able to deliver hydraulic components of the highest quality in fast turnaround times. Our experience in the industry and our relationship with reliable and approved suppliers means we can provide top quality hydraulic components at competitive prices. 

Motor Sport

Here at Batchflow Engineering, we have been supplying the motorsport sector with fine quality components for nearly 30 years and know exactly what it takes to keep up with the demanding requirements of this industry. We supply to various motorsport sectors, including F1, Touring Cars and WRC, and have the flexibility and capability to respond to customer demands quickly and efficiently. 

Defence

We also supply fine quality components to the Defence industry. These are used for military vehicles, communication equipment and weapon systems. We work closely with approved suppliers to deliver CNC components that are finished to the requirements of clients in this industry. Due to the sensitive nature of this industry all work carried out is strictly confidential.  

Electronics

Our highly skilled engineers operate state of the art equipment and machinery (including our precise sliding head lathes) to produce and deliver fine quality components to customers in the electronics industry. We are pleased to have worked with a number of prestigious companies within the electronics sector during the years and look forward to working with many more! 

Automotive

Alongside our services to the motorsport industry, we also supply top quality components to high end clients within the automotive industry. Our hugely talented team of engineers takes on new projects with care and confidence, delivering the finest of services to customers at all times. 

Leisure

While we deliver CNC machined components to customers in specific industries, we are also pleased to have the flexibility, knowledge and capability to meet the demands of various other industries and sectors including domestic and commercial buildings, jewellery trade, crafts and model making, and more.
