Manually Operated 3/2

We are pleased to supply the tough and robust, manually operated 3/2 valve. This is a simple unit that has been designed for reliable manual operation of the PTO. It has been designed for easy connection via a simple push on control knob. When the valve has been successfully applied and the system is pressurised, the knob shows red. An extended mounting thread enables padded dashes and a 4mm port is also supplied to pipe away exhaust air to a suitable location.

Please visit our website to view full product specifications.

Manually Operated 3/2 PTO Valve with air reset

We are also pleased to offer the manually operated, air interlocked PTO valve. This valve features air reset to inhibit valve operation and has been designed for quick and easy application to panels. It can be used with a separate solenoid valve to achieve the air reset function when the hand-brake is engaged. It features a positive pop-up signal from the control knob to indicate when the valve and PTO are actuated. This unit is manufactured from a range of materials including Acetal (body), Nitrile (seal), Acrylic (knob) and Brass (spool).

Manually Operated 3/2 PTO Valve with 24V reset

Our 3/2 manually operated valve features electric override to reset or inhibit the valve operation. This PTO valve also features a solenoid signal which has been designed to enable safe switching of the valve when the hand-brake is engaged. The unit is easy to assemble to panels and features a positive pop up signal from the control knob to indicate when the valve and PTO are actuated. It operates at a pressure of 1-12 bar and is available in 12V or 24V versions. Please see full product specifications on our website.

Manually Operated 3/2 PTO Valve with 24V reset and 'eyeball' indicator

The manually operated 3/2 PTO valve features electric override to reset or inhibit valve operation as well as a solenoid signal to enable safe switching of the valve when the hand-brake is engaged. This unit also features our eyeball indicator inside the knob which displays red when the valve and PTO are actuated. It is manufactured from nitrile (seal), brass (spool) and acetal (body and knob) and operates at 1-12 bar pressure. 12V and 24V versions are available.

Weatherproof PTO Control with wiring loom and operating switch

The weatherproof PTO control valve has been designed to operate a single PTO and is housed in a rigid rubber housing that is fully sealed against conditions that may be expected beneath road vehicles. Each of the push-in fittings feature a colour coded cap to ensure installation is carried out easily and correctly. A Britax rocker switch controls the valve and features a PTO engaged symbol which illuminates when in use. A wiring harness that extends to 5m can be integrated into the engine management system and two M8 threaded bushes enable easy fitting to any part of the chassis. 1m of 4mm pneumatic pipe is supplied as standard for piped exhausts. A 24V unit is supplied as standard but 12V units can also be supplied on request.

Weatherproof PTO

This robust PTO valve has been carefully designed and manufactured for operation on an external position on a vehicle. It is encased in a tough shell to protect from harsh weather conditions and is supplied complete with five metres of PVC cased cable to connect to the hand-brake interlock. Please visit our website for further information. Alternatively, please contact us at Automated Process and Control (Manufacturing) Co Ltd to find out more.

Manually Operated 5/2PTO Valve with air reset and 'eyeball' indicator

The 5/2 manually operated PTO valve with air rest and ‘eyeball’ indicator features 4mm push-in ports and air override to reset. It can be used as a stand alone unit for operating a PTO or can be used with a separate solenoid valve to inhibit operation. The 5/2 PTO valve features our original eyeball indicator inside the knob which indicates red when the valve and PTO are actuated. This unit operates at a pressure from 1-12 bar and is manufactured from nitrile (seal), brass (spool) and acetal (body and knob).
