Thermometers & Thermal Imaging

Hygrometers & Humidity Meters

Moisture Meters

Moisture meters measure the water content of substances and materials, usually providing you with a percentage reading. Anemometer - Air Flow Meter

Our air flow meters range includes:

• Integral vane – We offer anemometers with an integral vane that can be taken anywhere; designed to measure units for air velocity. With waterproof casing available, easy to read displays, and compact designs, they can be used in nearly all conditions.
• Vane anemometer – These products have a detachable vane, allowing them to easily measure air velocity, airflow volume, and temperature. This makes them popular for ventilation surveys, as well as air conditioning, heating, and environmental uses.
• Hot wire anemometer – Our hot wire anemometer offers a USB function, meaning it's easy to download your data and use it for reports. It's capable of measuring air velocity in m/s, ft/min, km/h, knots, or MPH. 

Tachometers & Stroboscopes

We offer tachometers that work through optical, laser optical, or contact to measure rotation. Our products are hand held and easy to operate, allowing you to quickly and easily work out RPM and surface speeds in metres or feet per minute. We also offer stroboscopes, which easily measures rotation of gears, fans, pumps, and other moving parts. The lightweight, torch design makes it easy to use, allowing you to carry out fast moving production checks. 

Hardness Meters & Coating Thickness

Coating and material hardness meters are a simple way of finding out how thick something is. They can be used to work out how much paint, varnish, plastic, or rubber epoxy has been applied, and coating meters give you a measurement in metric microns or imperial thou/mil. We also supply material thickness meters which can be used for stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminium, red copper, brass, zinc, quartz glass, polyethylene, PVC, grey cast iron, homogeneous plastics, nodular cast iron, and much more. These products are popular for measuring the thickness of pressure vessels, oil storage tanks, and pipe work.  

Distance & Angle Measurement

Our range of angle and level meters, tape measures, and laser distance measures can be used for a wide range of applications, and are purchased for industrial and construction use, as well as by people doing DIY projects. Our laser distance measures allow pinpoint accuracy, and can also determine angles. They can be used for distances from 50mm to 100m, and can easily calculate area, volume, or room dimensions, with a memory function to make it easy to store your results. As with all our products, we can supply a traceable calibration certificate, giving you and your clients peace of mind that you are measuring accurately. 

Visual Inspection Equipment

We stock high quality microscopes, endoscopes, and video borescopes that can capture still images or videos, which are then saved on USB. With wireless or integrated visual displays available, it's easy to get a clear picture, and we supply water resistant camera heads for plumbing inspections and other difficult areas. Extensions are available to give you further reach, and our products allow for clear close ups and wide fields of view. Sound & Noise Level Meters

We stock a wide range of noise level meters, sound meters, and sound level monitoring devices for environmental health and other health and safety checks. Our mini digital devices are ideal for quick checks, as they give an almost instant result and are easy to use out in the field. We also have auto ranging devices which give readings updated every 0.5 seconds, and the dual range precision meter which is often used in industrial environments. Our precision logging meters allow for accurate and repeatable sound measurement, and they have a USB interface to allow for easy upload of data.  

Environment Meters and Environmental Monitoring

Our environment monitoring tools allow you to measure the sound, light, air flow, humidity, and temperature to allow for an overall environmental appraisal. Sound can be measured through either A or C frequency weightings, while our high-end model allows for temperature readings between -20 and +750°C. All our environment monitoring solutions have easy to read LED displays, with built in memory, and maximum hold displays which freeze when the highest value is reached. Light Meter - Lux Meters

There are many reasons why you may need accurate light measurements, and health and safety is one of them. Having the correct lighting ensures your employee's eyesight is protected, and that they can work in comfort. Our tools measure in either the European standard of Lux, or the US standard called Footcandles. From our compact light meters for health and safety checks and environmental monitoring, to our models that allow for checking up to 400,000 Lux, our products make it simple for you to check your lighting requirements.  

Timers & Tally Counters

We offer a range of stopwatches, process timers, clocks, and tally counters which can be used for a variety of applications. Stopwatches are often used for sporting events, but can also be used to time processes, and to make accurate records of how long certain tasks take. Our process timers can be used for counting up or down, and are often used in laboratories, educational environments, and industry. We offer radio controlled wall clocks that ensure the time is always set correctly, and our tally counters are ideal for surveys, batch counts, and attendance monitoring.  

Chemical Analysis

Our chemical analysis tools can accurately measure pH in liquids and semi-solids, and we offer both simple and high accuracy products for the job. We also have a range of pH buffer solutions with various sizes available. Our conductivity meters are available for hi and low ranges, with splash proof keypads, impact resistant casing, and manual calibration options. We also stock hi and low range TDS readers with retractable electrodes, large LED displays, a pocket clip, and all the accessories you'll need.

Calibration

We offer a Traceable Calibration Certificate Service on most of our products, using equipment calibrated at a UKAS accredited laboratory. We can also arrange for a UKAS Calibration Certificate Service for selected products, and we can even calibrate equipment to meet your individual needs on request. We can also arrange to contact you before your recalibration is due, meaning your documentation is always up to date; a vital service for companies that hold a quality accreditation.
