dVnet Extreme

dVnet Extreme is a 50,000 pixel digital video to network converter housed within a 2u 19” rack mount case. It is the latest addition to our Rack Pack range, and is aimed primarily at retail and architectural applications where a media facade or any pixilated display is to be controlled by video without the complexity of a media server. Configuring the dVnet Extreme is easy: it takes less than ten clicks of the mouse to render video to a media wall. dvNet features an internal hard drive from which video clips can be loaded played back either manually or by using the integrated play list manager.

Multichrome Tube E500D32

Multichrome Tube™ is a double-sided, 16 pixel LED fixture which utilises our renowned Multichrome Flex technology. It offers a long lamp life with low power consumption, low beam temperature, high colour purity and excellent white tracking. Multichrome Tube™ is IP67 rated for exterior use, and is supplied in lengths of 500mm. Full compatibility with Mulichrome drivers (D1, E1 and E2) allows it to be used alongside Multichrome Flex and Multichrome Web. dVnet

dVnet is a 20,000 pixel digital video to network convertor housed within a 2u 19” rack mount case. It has been designed primarily for retail and architectural applications where a media facade or any pixelated display requires video control without the complexity of a media server. Just like the dVnet Extreme (mentioned above), the dVnet convertor is remarkably easy to configure, requiring less than ten mouse clicks to render video to a media wall. It also features an internal hard drive from which video clips can be played back either manually or using the play list manager feature.

LMX6

LMX6 is a data and power controller designed for use with the Philips Color Kinetics Chromasic range. It offers six data and power outputs, each of which can control up to 50 pixels. The entire system is DIN Rail mounted, making it convenient for cabinet installation. Each output uses a three-pin connector that provides +24V DC, GND and data to the connected pixel product. Flexi-Strip RGB30 1M

Flexi-Strip RGB is a waterproof, moisture-proof and dustproof flexible circuit board that incorporates a range of standard LEDs within a clear silicone tube. The encapsulated housing is rated at IP67, ensuring reliable performance in both internal and external applications. Self-adhesive tape attached to the back of each strip means it can be quickly and easily attached in any location. Flexi-Strip RGB holds up to 30 red, green, blue or white LEDs per metre – super bright LED versions are also available. Control is simple: a direct voltage feed can be used for continuous illumination or an Artistic Licence Rail-Pipe HC can be added to enable dimming via DMX.

Power-Drive PDX-UNI-DALI1

The Power-Drive PDX-UNI-DALI1 is a mains powered, single channel constant current driver for high power LEDs. It particularly useful for single colour LED fixtures in architectural applications. An internal switch allows control over the output LED current, which can drive 4 x 700mA LEDs, 6 x 500mA LEDs or 12 x 350mA LEDs in series. The Power-Drive is implemented as a DALI ballast which conforms to the DALI protocol. Dali-Scope

Dali-Scope™ is an innovated handheld tool that enables you to test, programme and configure Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI) devices all from a single unit. It is the first handheld tool designed specifically for DALI applications, allowing commissioning of DALI fixtures without need of a PC. The Dali-Scope™ features a bright LED display that is easy to use in low light conditions, a moisture-proof keypad with single function keys for ease of operation, and a programmable power-off timer to extend battery life (which is typically over 12 hours on a pair of AA batteries).

Rock Solid Ethernet

Rock Solid Ethernet™ is comprehensive guide to modern Ethernet technology written by our very own Wayne Howell, an expert in the field. With Ethernet technology becoming increasingly common in the entertainment field, it’s important that end users, specifiers, designers and engineers understand how it works. Rock Solid Ethernet™ covers everything from making an RJ45 cable to network topology and the use of radio links. Sign-Control

Sign-Control™ is an advanced lighting controller suitable for various LED display applications. It is available in a DIN Rail case which can also be surface mounted. It features a DMX512 playback system with three pages of eight memories, each of which contains all 512 channels and an Independent Fade Time. A fourth page offers 6 additional sequences with variable step times and direction control, giving the user complete flexibility. The entire system is programmed by a single PC application, Sign-Edit™ (see below).

Rail-DMX-DSI

Rail-DMX-DSI gives the user control over four DSI circuits from a single DMX controller. Each DSI output uses one DMX channel, as DSI is a broadcast protocol. The Rail-DMX-DSI enables you to independently set the start address for each conversion channel, thus enabling custom patching. Like our Rail-DMX-DALI control, it features a ‘dimmer curve translation’ facility which converts a DMX curve into a DSI dimming curve. The Rail-DMX-DSI requires a 9-24V PSU. DMX-Term 3

As the name suggests, the DMX-Term™ is a resistive terminator for DMX512. It features a 120 Ohm resistor wire between pins 2 and 3.  This three-pin version is designed for use with Martin and High End moving lamps. Sign-Edit

Sign-Edit™ is an offline/online editor used for programming the Sign-Control™ lighting controller. It features a lamp library and lamp personality editor that enables the user to programme sequences on over 200 different lamps. It also has a unique pass-through mode that enables the show to be programme live when Sign-Control™ is connected. The package includes a serial link interface that enables Sign-Control™ to be connected via RS232 or USB. Sign-Edit™ is available for Windows XP, Windows 7 and Mac (via the Mac Windows Emulator Programme).

Micro-Scope 3a

Micro-Scope 3a™ is a compact, handheld DMX512 receiver and transmitter that incorporates all the features typically required by theatre and touring staff. It operates as a Moving Lamp tester, a Flicker Finder or as a Rigger’s Remote, and is powered by an internal rechargeable battery with a life of approximately 25 hours. A bright backlit LCD screen makes it easy to operate in all ambient lighting conditions. Micro-Scope 3a™ is incredibly easy to operate – two key presses are all that’s required to begin flashing through the rig. The integrated moving lamp personality library enables you to test the attributes of over 100 lamps – the library can also be edited and customised via an optional PC software package, Mic-Edit™.
