From our design and manufacturing headquarters in the United Kingdom, we provide support to our clients throughout Europe, the Middle-East and Asia and our engineering expertise is often deployed into the furthest corners of the world to assist with the installation and commissioning of our products. Furthermore, we have fostered strong relationships with specialist organisations within these regions to provide additional in-country services to best meet our customers’ needs.

API 610 Process Pumps

Amarinth are pleased to supply 11th edition OH2 A series and OH1 B series petrochemical process pumps as well as VS4 V series vertical sump pumps.  The A and B series pumps have been created to be compatible with a number of different applications that are commonplace at refineries and oil and gas production sites, such as LPG, fuel transfer, produced water and export duties, whilst the V series are suited to applications including oily water separator, storm water and wash down sumps and Meg 75% with H2O.  Each of these pumps has been manufactured to provide a robust solution that offers excellent durability through minimal wear. Detailed brochures for each series of pump can be found on our website.

Bespoke Pumps

If you have a project that requires a centrifugal pump made to your specific dimensions and specifications, then contact our highly knowledgeable team who will be happy to discuss how we could work together.  We have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of bespoke pumps for our petrochemical, chemical and industrial clients.  All pumps can be built to comply with a range of international standards depending upon your requirements, such as ISO 5199, and are supplied with documentation and are fully tested – including non-destructive testing (NDT).

Seal Support Systems

Whatever you are looking for in a seal support system, our knowledgeable team will work with you to select the best solution for your needs.  We have several systems to choose from including ISO support systems, which are API 682 plan 52 or 53A equivalent and up to 16 bar g, API 682 seal support systems boasting an operating pressure of up to 80 bar g and available with a choice of different instrumentation configurations to suit your requirements and API 682 accumulator systems.  We also stock a range of spares for use with seal support systems.  Please contact us to discuss our current stocks.

Pump Spares

If you need high-quality pump spares quickly, then contact us to discuss our extensive range which covers an array of different quality and certification levels so you can choose something to best suit your needs.  All of our spares have been manufactured to be compatible with Girdlestone pumps so you don’t need an Amarinth pump to be able to take advantage of our completive prices. Our generous stock facilities enable us to dispatch items quickly, and we are pleased to offer overnight delivery if required.   Contact our team to access our restricted areas on our website, where you can check stock items, order goods and track your deliveries.

Pump Service & Refurbishment

Amarinth can help to save your company time and money though our pump refurbishment service.  Our team of experts can assess your current assets and provide recommendations and quotations for both a new pump and for refurbishing your existing pump. Considerable cost savings can be realised through modifying existing pumps and making them suitable for new applications.  We offer our customers a flexible approach and we can either send a technician to your site to conduct refurbishments, or we can arrange for collection and delivery to our manufacturing site in Suffolk, where it will benefit from our extensive testing equipment.

Support Contracts

Our range of tailored service contracts have been designed to offer your organisation piece of mind knowing that we will be there to provide support and service your pumps as and when you need us.  The contract, which is normally a minimum of 12 months, will be unique to your specific requirements and would normally include technical support of up to 365 days per year depending upon your requirements, spare parts location service and access to our regeneration register which details items which are often new but are no longer required by our other customers.

Packages & Modules

Please see our website for details of our extensive range of pump packages and modules, each skilfully manufactured here at Amarinth.  This range includes Ci-Nergy, our condensate recovery units that combine intelligent sensing and variable speed technology for optimal condensate return. Our Series III CRU unit is available in five tank sizes, whilst our M Series CRU provides a compact solution.  If you are looking for something unique then please contact us to discuss our bespoke service where our engineers will happily work with you right from initial concepts prior to manufacturing skids and packages that will meet your needs exactly.

C Series

Our C series of chemical process pumps are designed for a number applications which include chemical processing, caustic transfer, condensate extraction and produced water duties. Although these units are usually found in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, they can be modified for petrochemical applications e.g. fuel transfer. Designed to be heavy duty and to have a long working life, our pumps are the perfect investment for companies who want a high quality product that will last for a long time. The units can also be fitted with a variety of proprietary components to cater for customers site preferences, these include seals, motors, couplings, etc.

U Series

We supply a range of single stage centrifugal end suction pumps to building services, brewers, distillers, etc.  Applications include condensate recovery, brewery process, caustic transfer and water duties.  Our industrial process pumps are all fully interchangeable with a Girdlestone USM or URF pump, with a trouble-free changeover process.  The U Series industrial centrifugal pumps are specially designed for low NPSH applications and are verified fully ATEX compliant.  In order to ensure your precise requirements are met we offer options including performance testing to BS EN 25199 / ISO 5199 and NDE (non-destructive examination) and NDT (non-destructive testing). With a design life of 15 years, these pumps provide the performance and durability you want.

S Series

The Amarinth S Series is a range of small centrifugal pumps used in a variety of applications, such as condensate recovery, brewery process, caustic transfer and water duties.  All have been independently verified to have full ATEX compliance.  Our efficient and durable pumps are designed to provide the same reliability as the proven and highly thought of Girdlestone pumps.  All are fully interchangeable with a Girdlestone SSM or SSD pump.  Replacement is simple – you simply slot our pump into the space left by the old pump.  We provide optional performance testing to BS EN 25199 / ISO, as well as NDE (non-destructive examination) and NDT (non-destructive testing) options.  If you are looking for a light to medium duty pump, with minimum wear and tear and maximum longevity, take a look at our S Series.

N Series

Like the C series, the N series of chemical process pumps can be used for many different applications including chemical processing, caustic transfer, condensate extraction and produced water duties. This range of pumps benefit from the fact that they are designed to be full interchangeable with a Girdlestone 910 or 920 pump. They also have a removable suction cover for ease of maintenance as well as a two piece lantern/bearing bracket arrangement which helps with the interchanging of parts on site. The N series come with a heavy duty baseplate, helping to achieve a low vibration and therefore noise level which in turn extends the units lifespan.

T Series

The T Series of vertical sump pumps are designed with many applications in mind, including oily water separation, storm water and wash down sumps and Meg 75% with H20 sumps. Usually found within the utility areas of chemical and general industrial factories, the T Series pumps are designed to fit sump depths of to 6.0 m but larger designs may be available. As well as being designed to last a very long time, our pumps are also customisable and can be tailored to the clients specification. For a complete summary of details on the T Series, please visit our website.
