Tooling

ALS Ultrasonics Ltd can provide plastic and metal welding tooling for most manufacturers’ equipment, including Branson, KLN, Rinco, Hurfurth, Kerrys, Duckane, Telsonic, Mecasonic, Hermann and Weber. Materials used include:

• High Grade Aluminium – a relatively inexpensive material with excellent acoustic properties, ideal for manufacturing sonotrodes. Very easy to machine. 
• High Grade Titanium – a very good acoustic material from which to manufacture a sonotrode.
• Tool Steel – features high internal resistance, suitable for low to medium amplitude applications.
• CPM Steel – suitable for the manufacture of high amplitude sonotrodes.

As well as sonotrodes, ALS can produce holding fixtures, slides and rotary table systems in a variety of materials. 

Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Equipment

All of our used ultrasonic plastic welding machines have been refurbished to an extremely high standard by an experienced service technician. They present a practical and economical alternative to purchasing brand new equipment. 

We have a large stock of used products, and can provide a solution for just about any requirement. Popular products include welders from Branson, Mecasonic and Telsonic, but we have equipment from many different manufacturers. You can find many of our used products listed on the ALS website. Repairs, Spares and Service

We can repair and service virtually all makes and models of ultrasonic welder, as well as provide a full range of spare parts. All repairs are carried out by experienced technicians.
