Encapsulated Transformers

Our range of encapsulated transformers offer many high quality solutions. As well as being almost indestructible, they are also aesthetically pleasing which is a rare combination to find within the industry. Our transformers are also completely waterproof, in fact we are so confident in our products that we believe they could even operate underwater. IP22 Transformer Solutions

We are able to provide IP22 standard transformer solutions which can help to combat many problems you may have. Our IP22 solutions include a protection against solid objects over 12mm long, a good example of this being fingers. Another elements of our IP22 standard transformer solutions include a protection against direct sprays of water, up to 15° from the vertical. These solutions are designed to act as basic protection which can be utilised by most customers.

IP44 & IP66 Transformers Solutions

Our IP44 and IP66 transformer solutions offer a more specialised protection. The IP44 solutions include a protection against solid objects over 1mm, examples of which include tools and wires. IP44 also allows for protection against water sprayed from all directions- limited ingress permitted. The IP66 transformer solutions allow devices to be completely protected against dust as well as protected against strong jets of water, making them perfect for use in environments such as ship decks.
