Colour Copy and Print

With the evolution that colour copy/print machines have undergone in the past few years, they've reached the point where they are the equivalent of having your own in-house print room.

Our colour copy and print machines have speeds ranging from 23 to more than 77 ppm, and all have copying, printing and network scanning capabilities. If you wish to further enhance any of these machines, there is the option of installing plug-in print management software.

Mono Copy and Print

If colour is not of importance, we can provide you with mono copiers and printers.

Our range of mono machines have speeds ranging from 16 to 110 ppm, as well as time-saving features such as auto double-sided copy and print, document feeders and a variety of additional finishing options.

Refurbished and Rental

If you aren't entirely sure what sort of machine you need, or are simply waiting for next year's budget, there is the option of renting a machine. We understand that the current unsteady economic climate is not ideal when it comes to making large financial commitments, so we can provide rental machines on a month to month basis. Our no obligation pure rental plan doesn't tie you to a long term lease, and the pre-determined cost comes with no hidden extras.

In addition to rentals, we can provide fully refurbished machines. These have the same guarantees as new machines, but can provide an 80% saving compared to new equipment.

Service and Repair

At Alexican, we take pride in our professionalism and flexibility with regards to customer needs, and offer a range of cost-efficient service contracts. Our service and maintenance options include a no-minimum cost per copy contract (with or without toner), a time and materials contract (with toner and parts supplied as necessary), and a fixed-price annual service contract.

We can also provide emergency servicing and repairs, even if you are not an existing Alexican customer. Based in Stockport, our team of trained engineers are available for all emergency repairs, and we can even provide the option of retrospective service contracts.

Of course, we can also provide toner cartridges for all major brands at competitive prices, and can source less common consumables.
