AJT Equipment’s Tube Contraction machine (TCM Pro) is part of our round sling machinery. It installs a wide range of seamless cover widths and thicknesses onto assembly tubes, and does so with speed and efficiency and without inflicting damage to the covering material.
The TCM Pro processes a vast range of covers which are compatible with the range of sling capacities and lengths that the RSM Pro produces. It has a versatility that can supply run cling lengths of up to 18 metres, and it saves time and money associated with manual cover preparation.
Its standard range of sling capacities is 1-28 tonnes, with standard range of sling lengths of 1–18 metres. Dimensions are 96.5cm width, 117cm height and 1067cm in length, weighing 580 kg. The standard power supply is 220v 3-phase 50 Hz, but other requirements are available on request.

The 2000-DY-T-C 10 Tonne Dynamic Testing Machine is specially designed for proof load testing of manual chain blocks, tirfors and pull lifts in a dynamic tensile mode. It is fast, efficient, reliable and accurate.
It is designed to simulate a load being raised and lowered using a test sample, which can be variable depending on your requirements.
Its overall height is 2906mm, with a 1756mm width and 2151mm, with a 10-tonne capacity. The minimum acceptance is 300mm comp, with a maximum acceptance of 2050mm tension, and with a maximum movement of 400mm. The display is a digital 10xtonne 0.01 with an accuracy of 1% plus or minus. The electric motor spec is 3.0Kw, 415V, 3Ph and 50hz, with a 3Ph, neutral earth supply required.

It is designed and manufactured to accommodate a wide variety of products that need tensile testing. The machine is supplied with group anchor fixing holes incorporated for ‘thro-bolts’, to help prevent tramping. The adjustable carriage is supported on free moving rollers for easy placement of the test specimen, and the machine is fully guarded by fixed plates at the base of the bed, with manually operated hinged guards at the top of the bed.
The load control console features a digital monitor with a 20mm character reading. It has a peak freeze provision facility for noting maximum applied loads, with a resent function. The range is from 2 to 150 tonnes, and the ram direction, and start and stop, is controlled with push buttons.
AJT’s 174e Vertical Plane Tensile Testing Machine is designed for simple proof load testing of wire, chains and more, with the added advantage of an open test bed for testing spreader beams and other items. It can be supplied in capacities of up to 150 tonnes, and with an appropriate length to suit your individual requirements. It has a main frame consisting of steel section side frames which are cross based with location points for moving carriages to different points along the bed, and also incorporates ‘thro-bolts’, to help prevent tramping. The adjustable carriage is supported on free moving rollers for easy placement of the test specimen, and there is a fixed guard for operator protection, with visual warning light to alert when a test is taking place.
The load control console has a similar 20mm high character reading to the Horizontal model, and it boasts a range of 2 up to 150 tonnes.
