Aintree Concrete Pumping is a family run business that specialises in the hire of top quality truck mounted mobile concrete pumps to customers based in the Kent, Sussex, and South East London areas.

Here at Aintree, we provide hydraulic operated boom pumps from 16m to 37m. Our experience in the industry enables us to provide customers with expert advice and support when needed to ensure they receive the best possible service from us and from their equipment.

 We are dedicated to providing excellent customer services and provide a flexible and reliable hire service. We are continually researching and evaluating the industry to ensure that we meet and exceed industry expectations.

M37 Truck Mounted Concrete Pump

 
The M37 Mobile Concrete Pump features a boom with five sections and ‘Z’ folding type making it suitable for a range of applications in different environments such as inside factories, viaducts, bridges, excavations, underground parking and foundations. The pump features a minimum boom opening of 7.2m and pipeline Ø 125 mm making it ideal for use in city areas that are difficult to access. The pump is perfectly assembled on three axles Mercedes Benz with a wheelbase of 3.800mm. The truck is only 10m in length and weighs just 26 tonnes. M24 Truck Mounted Concrete Pump

The M24 Truck Mounted Concrete Pump is an outstanding machine with compact dimensions and four flexible boom sections making it ideal for use in restricted areas. This model features a low unfolding height of 4.84 and is widely used in low-roofed buildings, tunnel operations, under bridges and other similar applications.
 
The M24 is easily manoeuvrable and users can concrete right up to the driver’s cabin. There is no overhang on the truck and the short wheelbase makes it easy for operators to manoeuvre on construction sites easily and safely.

Aintree supplies pumps for Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) builds to customers based in the South East of England. ICF’s feature a system of formwork that is suitable for reinforced concrete. It stays firmly in place as a permanent interior and exterior substrate for walls, floors and roofs.
 
ICF’s in construction have become increasingly popular with contractors and DIY enthusiasts who wish to reduce energy consumption. ICF builds feature walls made from expanded polystyrene that is reinforced with steel or plastic ties providing thermal and acoustic insulation and reduces carbon emissions.
