Design

With experience in electronic enclosures, medical equipment, retail display systems, consumer products, and parts and components for the industrial sectors, Agentdraw can meet almost any design requirement. We take time to understand your needs and those of the market, enabling us to advise on the manufacturing techniques and materials which are best suited to the project. Using your design brief, our dynamic design team will produce detailed CAD models and provide fully engineered manufacturing data. Our aim is to turn your ideas into a reality.

Prototyping

Agentdraw offers a comprehensive prototyping service on its own or as part of a turnkey project. We use the very latest prototyping technologies to produce full-scale models that can be tested for performance and integrity. The use of SLA, SLS, RIM and Resin Cast parts -together with rapid tooling and injection moulding facilities - ensure a fast and efficient prototyping solution. Assessments can also be carried out on-screen using CAD data, though for many clients, nothing compares to having a physical object that they can handle and analyse.

Manufacturing

Injection moulding may be our speciality, but as a full service company we also take pride in being able to carry out a range of other manufacturing tasks. This includes sheet metal fabrication, die-casting, precision CNC machining and even printing and surface finishing. In short, we’ll do whatever needs to be done to get your parts finished and ready for delivery. For tasks that cannot be undertaken in-house we have an approved network of affiliate suppliers, so however complex the project, we can provide a seamless service without ever compromising the quality or design of the product.

Quality

At Agentdraw we are committed to quality design and quality manufacturing. We have a dedicated temperature-controlled quality room equipped with CMM facilities that enable us to inspect all parts for compliance prior to sample approvals and for ongoing production. To ensure our parts and assemblies are up to standard we follow the strictest quality control procedures. Our accreditations include:
