We are manufacturers and developers of innovative ventilation solutions for residential buildings. The key concept underlying our approach is the modulation of airflow rates according to actual measured demand, which is achieved through the use of humidity sensitive air inlets (with impressive noise attenuation properties) and extract grilles complemented, where necessary, by CO2, VOC, or presence detection sensors.

Our components can be installed in a range of different systems, from Demand Controlled Passive Stack (as featured in ‘Natural House’ at BRE) and Assisted Passive Stack (aka Hybrid) ventilation, to Demand Controlled Mechanical Extract Ventilation with low energy constant pressure fans, and Demand Controlled Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (DCMVHR).

This approach allows significant energy savings and cost efficiencies through very low energy consumption (or no energy consumption in the case of Demand Controlled Passive Stack), and through heat retention, as airflows are significantly reduced at times of low or zero demand.
