With so many tile and slate options available for pitched roofs, it is essential that customers receive expert advice on the choices available to them. Our team uses their vast product knowledge to assist our customers in picking the right style, size and finish of product that is most suitable and they can also help with estimating plans. Advanced Roofing Supplies always has new clay, clay tiles and fittings in stock, normally over 100 pallets. We carry many leading brand names including Redland & Marley Eternit concrete and clay. Advance Roofing Supplies have one of the largest ranges of roofing supplies in the UK and all of our stock is available for prompt delivery.

Flat Roofing

Advanced Roofing supplies stocks the full range of pour and roll felts as well as SBS and APP torch-on felts which are ideal for new roofing and refurbishments. The flat roofing market is a continually changing and expanding area and Advance Roofing Supplies product range evolves to reflect this. EPDM rubber membranes are growing in popularity and our EPDM from Hertalan comes with BBA accreditation. We are more than happy to provide our customers with full training and support on the Hertalan range. We also have GRP flat roofing available to order which is suitable for dry-fix and wet lay; GRP has high weather resistance properties and is long lasting and extremely durable. Our extensive range of stock also comprises of flat roof repair compounds as well as a selection of other flat roofing products that include dome roof lights and rigid insulation boards.

Natural Slate Roofing

Natural slate comes in a huge choice of shades including greens, purples, cyans and dark and light greys. A natural slate roof is a striking addition to any building and compliments all styles. Slate offers extremely low levels of water absorption, in part due to the way it is cut into ‘shingles’, slate is also very good at resisting damage from frost and freezing conditions. As part of our service at Advanced Roofing Supplies we reclaim slate in large quantities and then re-work it into roof shingles so that it can be re-used on any roof. This enables us to use a continuous supply of UK slate without the need to import it from abroad.

Fascia, Soffit & Guttering

FloPlast was introduced into our catalogue of products in 2007. An incredible robust product, it comes with a 10 year performance and colour guarantee on most FloPlast rainwater systems. FloPlast comes in every conceivable colour including a black cast iron effect and Advanced Roofing Supplies carries the entire range of 112mm half round guttering. We also stock the Niagra, Miniflo, Xtraflo and Aquafoil woodgrain style rainwater systems, all of which are available to order. We also carry the Square Line style of guttering in black and white, in addition to black mi-cap guttering which can be used on large areas for expedited rainwater distribution. For a rainwater system with a more classic aesthetic style as opposed to modern looking PVC-UE, we have genuine cast iron, aluminium and galvanised options available to order.

Reclaimed Projects

Many house builders want the rooflines on their new builds to blend in with the existing properties in the road and this has led to them looking for reclaimed tiles to meet this requirement. Advanced Roofing Supplies holds more that ½ million reclaimed roof tiles and slates at our Long Marston Yard. All tiles and slates have been sorted and crated to allow them to be easily delivered loose or offloaded from a crane. We can also match tiles and slates using our experienced service and we will try to source any items we don’t currently have in stock. Furthermore we will provide second hand fitting where applicable.

Reclaimed Materials

Our collection of reclaimed materials at Advanced Roofing Supplies includes, slate, concrete plain tiles,  machine made clay plain tiles, handmade clay plain tiles, concrete interlocking tiles, as well as reclaimed fittings such as ridges, valleys and bonnets. The items we have on our site represent our current stock levels and it is regularly updated when sales are made or we have new acquisitions.
