Adonis Ecology

Adonis Ecology is an ISO 9001:2008 quality-assured ecological consultancy that helps businesses, and other organizations, to retain and create more value with biodiversity. We do this through cost-effective ecological surveys, proportionate advice and ecology reports, and looking for ways to make savings for the client. We also use biodiversity wherever possible to add value, e.g. through assisting a scheme with planning, increasing Code/BREEAM credits from ecology, or adding other value to the site.

Our ecological services include ecological surveys (including, for example, Phase 1 Habitat Surveys), bat surveys, Great Crested Newt surveys, reptile surveys and other protected species surveys and reports for planning applications, wildlife legislation compliance, and Code/BREEAM credits. We also undertake protected species mitigation, although we help our clients avoid impact on important wildlife as far as reasonably possible within development projects, thereby not only better conserving biodiversity, but also saving some or all of the costs and potential delays from mitigation for our clients.
