Steel Fabrication / Bespoke Products

Traditionally, our catalogue of 12,000+ “off-the-shelf” products will cater for most standard MHE requirements but our reach far exceeds just that.   

 

We will design/manufacture bespoke products in our steel fabrication unit to your exact specification. Bespoke items such as; steps, trolleys, desks, shelving/racking and lifting equipment are our bread & butter.  We are able to produce items to working drawings, in any format, and have experienced sales representatives that cover the whole of the UK.

 

 Our Head Office has a storage unit dedicated to keeping all of the records & case studies from previous tailor-made orders which are available on request.

Maintenance, Repairs and Servicing

Our team of service engineers are able to attend sites nationwide for maintenance, repairs and servicing, as a one-off or under short-term and long-term contracts, and annual servicing. The majority of repairs can be carried out on site, however we also are able to return equipment to base to make further or more complex repairs. 

Our services help you to keep to your legal obligations under UK Health and Safety Regulations, which requires all lifting equipment for people or attachments to be examined at least every 6 months, and at least annually for all other lifting equipment. On top of these obligations, any exceptional circumstances may require your lifting equipment to be examined before further use, as it may be deemed unsafe to operate. 

The sales team will be able to advise you on other obligations such as employee training for use of the equipment and protective personal clothing.
