Epoxy resin flooring systems hold many advantages over conventional concrete or other flooring materials. Flooring Systems

ACC offers a great range of resin-based flooring systems each with their own special characteristics and surface properties. Customers can also choose from a wide variety of colours and finishes to meet their own particular design/aesthetic requirements. All of our flooring systems are totally seamless from edge to edge and are fully compliant with current Health & Safety standards. They can be quickly installed to minimise downtime and are easily repaired when needed (unlike conventional concrete floors, carpet or vinyl). Antislip Flooring

All of our flooring products can be made to include anti-slip properties. This makes them ideal for wet or oily environments such as commercial kitchens, food manufacturing facilities, garages, car-parks, warehouses, distribution centres or anywhere else employees or the general public may be at risk from a slip or fall. All installations are completed in accordance with ISO-certified quality standards and are classified to BS8204:6 guidelines. With ACC you can expect nothing less than the best.

Heavy Duty Screeds

Our heavy-duty screeds are ideal for industrial environments where floors are subject to frequent impact and abrasion, or where vehicle traffic is continuous and heavy. They are commonly used in manufacturing/engineering facilities, distribution centres and other similar environments. The resin-based compounds we use are able to withstand a lot of wear and tear, and they tend to last for years before requiring a repair or re-screed. In fact, they are probably the most durable and cost-effective flooring solutions available.

Decorative Screeds

ACC can supply and install several decorative flooring systems, including:

• Pebblestone – a blend of natural and synthetic aggregates bound together with epoxy resin.
• FeRFA – a solvent-free epoxy resin combination system that encapsulates decorative acrylic flakes in a clear epoxy resin. 

Both of these systems provide a highly decorative finish suitable for retail environments, entrance lobbies, car showrooms and other similar areas. Practical as well as good looking, they can be made with various surface properties, including anti-slip and chemical resistance. 

Hygienic Flooring Systems

Commercial kitchens, food processing plants and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities all require flooring systems that are easy to clean and which do not easily harbour bacteria. The unique structure and seamless nature of our epoxy-resin systems means that, unlike carpets, concrete and certain vinyls, they will not become hospitable to harmful microorganisms. Plus, because they are highly resistant to chemicals, cleaning staff are able to use a range of detergents and anti-bacterial solutions to ensure surfaces are hygienic without causing any damage. Substrate Strengthening Services

Many of our epoxy resin screeds can be used to repair damaged concrete surfaces, which is often the most cost-effective solution when a brand new floor is not financially viable. Line Markings and Numerals
