ABS Laboratories Ltd is a small GLP accredited contract laboratory who specialise in setting up, developing and validating and applying assays for the quantification of parent drug and its metabolites in biological matrices using GC, GC-MS and LC-MS/MS. Validated plasma assays include nicotine (LLOQ = 0.1 ng/mL) and its metabolite cotinine, naltrexone, acetyl morphine and its metabolites, apomorphine, salbutamol, fluticasone, cannabinoids (CBD, THC and 11-hydroxy THC), clozapine plus many more.
