We can offer bespoke maintenance contracts for Kardex, Megamat, Linvar & Linpic Vertical Storage Carousels and Vertical Shuttles to suit your individual company needs .

These services range from:

Preventative Maintenance Contract to On Call Maintenance Contract  - with features including 2 Service Visits per year with written reports, reduced rate Breakdown call-out cover and 24 hour target response time.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract - to include 2 Service visits per year with written reports, unlimited Breakdown call-out cover, all parts and repairs covered by the contract and with an 8 hour response time.

We provide service and maintenance to all makes of machine including: Kardex, Megamat, Linpic & Linvar Vertical Storage Carousels and Vertical Storage Shuttles, and can even offer substantial discounts for companies with sites which need multiple machine contracts.

Need to re-locate or move storage equipment?  ABBEYDALE STORAGE specialise in the re-location and moving of Kardex, Linvar, Linpic and Megamat Vertical Storage Carousels and Vertical Storage Shuttles throughout the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.  Our service includes the dismantling of machines at your existing premises, loading on to transport, transportation to your new location, off-loading and re-building.

We offer:

• Complete turnkey package whereby the Vertical Carousels or Shuttles are dismantled at their existing premises, loaded onto transport, transported to their new site, off-loaded at the new site and then re-built and commissioned at their new premises. 

• Ancillary equipment which is essential during the dismantling and re-building of the Machines such as Fork Lift Trucks, Personnel Carriers and Scissor lifts. 

• We can dismantle, re-fabricate and shortenthe machines thereby altering the height to the new buildings available headroom. 

• We additionally are able to carry out on site moveswhere the clear headroom allows for the machines to be jacked up, placed onto heavy duty machine skates or scoots and then moved without the need for being fully dismantled.

• We provide written Method Statements and Risk Assessments for each individual Carousel or Shuttle re-location and in addition carry a full Public and Product Liability Insurance.

Storage Containers

Schoeller Arca System 9000 - drawer containers provide a high density way of storing small-medium items in production areas, stores and in the workshop.  The ideal storage solution.
