Product Range & Capabilities

We have a varied range of products which include, 11 and 14 bar Standard Air Receivers as well as Non Standard Air Receivers which can be made to order. We also manufacture Vacuum Vessels for the medical industry and provide a Vacuum Pump Installation service, as well as Vacuum Furnaces. Our line of Pressure Vessels and Surge Tanks range in capacity from 2 to 65,000 litres and have numerous applications, from the water industry to propane tanks. Our products range also includes Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels and Basket Filters and we also provide a Vessel Refurbishment service.

Manufacturing Standards

All of our Pressure Vessels and Air Receivers are made in accordance with all of the standards and codes of practice that our relevant. These include EN 286 (Simple Unfired Pressure Vessels), BS 5169 (Fusion Welded Steel Air Receivers), PD 5500 (Unfired Fusion Welded Pressure Vessels) and ASME VIII (Pressure Vessels). We combine the requirements of the UK's "Pressurised Equipment Directive" with the European "Pressure Equipment Regulations" to produce compliant units which can be sold within any EC Member state.

Services

We have many services apart from the manufacture of our pressure vessels. As well as pipe work in stainless steel we can also provide a Pressure Vessel CAD drawing and design facility using Finglow software, including design approval and registration. Other services include the machining of fabrications and flanges, the Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) of vessels and the internal and external coating of vessels (painting and galvanising). We also provide fitting kits for Pressure Vessels and Air Receivers which can include relief valves, drain valves and pressure gauges.
