Target Search and Selection Ltd was formed in 2002 after its founder Julie Cotgrave MD identified a real need in the market for a high quality and personalised sales recruitment consultancy in the South West. Before working in recruitment, Julie held a number of sales and sales management positions in the West Midlands. This combined experience in both sales and recruitment has helped to make Target one of the leading sales recruitment consultancies in the region.
