Single Cylinder Steelworkers

RPA Multiform’s single cylinder steelworkers are available in three different tonnage options (45, 50 and 60). With its four standard stations, the IW-45M can carry out many sorts of applications, with its punching station being convertible into a notching station. It’s a great choice for smaller enterprises on a tight budget. The IW-50A has a vertical moving ram at its punching station to enhance the punching function, and is fitted with bar shearing stations. The IW-60H integrates the Z-shape aperture into its angle shear station, giving the ability to carry out the external and internal miter shears on angle bars.  A stand-along station houses this model’s round/square bar shearing.

Punching Machines

We offer punching machines in two main ranges. The PM LT/XT line have specially designed slimline hydraulic cylinders which facilitate faster retraction. These machines feature punching capacities of between 35 and 200 tons and a large choice of throat depths. The PM 80T ANC punching machine is completely automatic and is intended for channel webs, flat plates and punching angles. It’s a single-axis feed-in model which comes in 3000mm and 6000mm X-axis travel distance variants. The ANC’s main frame is a heavy-duty steel tube that is easy to set up, adjust and maintain, while the machine also has a hydraulic stripper and pneumatic material clamping.

Bandsaw Machines

Here are some hefty bandsaw machines that’ll speed up your cutting operations! The RPA 285 Autocut offers hands-free autocut and the option of manual quick action when sawing smaller objects. It has a single mitre (0-60°) quick-release vice, and its cast-iron bow is combined with a hydraulic adjustable downfeed. The RPA 300LR Autocut features a three-way operation switch, a two-speed three-phase motor and a complete coolant system. Our Pegas Gonda 360x500 GH-LR is twin-mitre (as far as 60° in both directions) with a gravity-adjustable downfeed, and the RPA BS 460 TM is a semi-automatic twin-mitre type which has a gearbox running at two different blade speeds.

Hydraulic Bending Machines

As relatively recent additions to the Sunrise product range, the HBM 40 and 75 hydraulic horizontal bending machines further enrich their manufacturer’s reputation as a provider of high-quality and durable metal working equipment. Different bending applications are supported by a selection of tools, with customised tooling also available on demand. The HBMs offer cylinder strokes at an accuracy level of ±0.1mm, while their programmable controllers are simple to master. Accurate positioning is ensured by the inclusion of manual back-gauges, and the machines’ first-rate hydraulic and electric components guarantee the reliable operation of the complete units.

Used Machines

RPA Multiform stock several models of used machines at very reasonable prices, giving you high-calibre pieces of equipment at considerably less than the cost of brand-new items. All our used machines are completely checked over, with new parts installed when necessary. We offer used Geka steelworkers of the Microcrop, 55A, Puma 55 and four-metre 19-stopped Linear Rail types, while the Edwards Pearson 3100 x 100 ton pressbrake (model RTA100/3100) represents excellent value. If you want a used bandsaw, then you may be tempted by the Bigstone 350 CF 350M, the Imet 280 + GH or the Bigstone CF 450 M semi-auto.

Tooling and Consumables

Our stock of machinery tooling and consumables is one of the UK’s biggest, and we’re sure to have that essential top-up item. Every type of blade for Kingsland, Sunrise and Geka machines is available, and we also carry several sorts of internal spares. Should you require round, squares, slots or offset punches and dies, we can manufacture them for various punching machines and steelworkers, with bespoke custom tools a speciality of ours. All our bandsaw blades are made in Germany from M42 material and can be bought for numerous sizes and saw models, and our tube bender tooling is compatible with Ercolin and RPA superior machines.

Spares

The RPA Multiform catalogue of machinery spares is remarkably comprehensive, and if we don’t have the item you want, we’ll either source it for you or make it ourselves.
