Riverside Truck Rental also has a sales division dedicated to the supply of new and used vehicles. Fleet Maintenance

Contract fleet maintenance is an area of particular expertise for the team at Riverside Truck Rental. By starting out as apprentices they gain a grass-roots understanding of the company, and with the right leadership training they become the managers and directors of the future. This forms part of the Riverside Talent Management and Succession Planning strategy. Now we are working with local councils to implement a similar model that enables them to recruit and train the right people and develop their skills so that they are able to move into key roles in the future.
