Percale UK, of Stockport, are a family-run firm specialising in British-made bed linen for businesses across the UK – including hotels, laundry services, linen hire firms, holiday parks, and shops. Our offices and fabrication facilities, in a large mill dating back to 1900 that was one of the last weaving mills built in the UK, speaks to our heritage as an expert supplier of superior bed linen. We have been supplying linen to the hospitality industry for over 50 years.

We offer a range of plain dyed bed linen, manufactured in our UK factory, including duvet covers, pillow cases, valances, fitted and flat sheets – in all sizes, colours and fabrics.

We offer our top products in 100% Egyptian cotton, as well as Satin Stripe, or plain polycotton, all with 180 or more thread counts.

Our headquarters holds the large range needed for quick order fulfillment. All of these fabrics are available by the metre on rolls of 80-100 metres, mainly in widths of 110" (282cm).

Our specially chosen dye works is based in the heart of the UK's traditional textile industry, in Lancashire, and dates back to 1902. Truly our services are tied deep to the UK's industrial history. These dye works today offer one of the most advanced services in the industry.

Hotel Bed Linen

We offer bed linen for hotels using a range of fabrics. Our easy care polycotton comes with a thread count of 180 threads per square inch and is available in 8 colours. Our standard polycotton comes with a thread count of 144 threads and can be suppled in 20 different colours. And our 100% Egyptian cotton bedding comes in two colours with a luxurious thread count of 206 threads per square inch. Our bedding products are available in all standard industry sizes and we offer a variety of special size pillowcases. Our team of expert machinists can also offer bespoke sheets and other fabrics for your needs.

Contract Bed Linen

Our contract bed linen comes in easy care polycotton, with 180 threads per square inch, and can be supplied in 10 colours. Our easy care Satin Stripe linen has a thread count of 200 threads and can be offered in white and ivory. We also have a standard polycotton bedding product, with 144 threads per square inch, also in white and ivory. Or we offer 100% Egyptian cotton with 206 threads per square inch and in two colours. All of our bedding comes in standard sizes; we also offer pillowcases including standard, mock oxford, superking, bolster cases and orthopaedic pillowcases. And our machinists can produce bespoke fabrics for your institution or venue.

Linen Manufacturer

We are a quick and efficient linen manufacturer – where possible we work to deliver our dyed fabrics within three working days. We will meet orders sooner if possible; we usually have all the necessary fabrics in stock in our warehouse. Our fabrics are produced, dyed and cut here in the UK. We offer easy care and standard polycottons, Satin Stripe linen, and top quality Egyptian cotton. Our fabric usually comes in 80 metre or 100 metres rolls and with widths ranging from 240cm to 282cm. We can sell by the roll and by the metre.
