1994 saw the formation of Micron Workholding Ltd, the Sales and Marketing Company for MicroLoc. In order to streamline manufacturing, supply and purchasing Micron Workholding Ltd acquired Micron Precision Engineering in 2003. By this time Micron Precision Engineering had completely stopped its subcontract engineering business to concentrate on the manufacture of MicroLoc®.

50 Series

The versatile 50 Series from MicroLoc® has baseplates with t-slots positioned at 50mm pitch and from 300x200x55mm right up to 1500x650x55mm. The MicroLoc® 50 Series is equipped with the ability to perform four-edge clamping and you can chose whether to have in X, Y t-slots. The MicroLoc® 50 Series has a full range of jaw accessories available to aid with application and offers three useful sizes of jaw widths of  34mm, 42mm, and 82mm (between stops).

60 Series

The MicroLoc® 60 Series is equipped with the provision for four edge clamping and offers the option of t-slots in X or Y. The The MicroLoc® 60 Series is a hard wearing piece of machinery and the baseplates have t-slots at 60mm pitch, from 300x200x55mm up to 1440x660x55mm. We are able to supply the  MicroLoc® 60 Series with clamping jaws in two useful width sizes 34mm, 42mm (between stops), as well as being able to offer our customers a complete range of complementing jaw accessories. The standard kit size for the MicroLoc® 60 Series is 360x240x55mm.

75 Series

The MicroLoc® 75 Series can be supplied as either a manual or hydraulic version depending on the needs of the application and has baseplates with t-slots at 75mm pitch, from 300x200x55mm up to 1500x650x55mm. We provide a choice of t-slots in X, Y, as standard or X and Y at a small additional charge. There are some production runs where it is advisable to use tapped holes instead of t-slots, which we are able to supply at no extra charge.  MicroLoc® 75 Series has two jaw widths of 42mm, 60mm (between stops) as well as a full range of jaw accessories available.

100 Series

A true workhorse, the MicroLoc® 100 Series has one incredibly useful clamping jaw of 82mm (between stops). Although the baseplates have t-slots at 100mm pitch, from 400x200x55mm up to 1500x650x55mm, we recommend choosing tapped holes instead of t-slots for certain types of production run. T-slots are available in a choice of X, Y, or can be provided in X and Y for a nominal charge. The MicroLoc® 100 Series is available in either a manual or hydraulic system and both have a full range of jaw accessories available.
