Solar Hot Water

This technology transforms, directs and diffuses harmful solar radiation into useful solar energy. Its solar panels called collectors once fitted to the roof collect sun's heat and use it to warm water stored in a hot water cylinder. Conventional boilers can be incorporated to manage the water temperature.

The following two kinds of such equipments are available:

   1) Evacuated tube –used in building integration
   2) Flat plate pane     

                 
This technology is environmental friendly, as are all our products, hence no waste or pollution. Besides being cost effective it's also a simple, effective, renewable, practical and sustainable solution.  

Air Source Heat Pumps

This technology allows you to heat your home or office building  by absorbing energy from the air around you. Easier to install than the average ground source pump, it can be incorporated into existing oil fired boilers, thereby improving efficiency and reducing costs. Requiring low maintenance and reducing carbon emissions it is an eco friendly system designed to fit any building type, budget, heating and cooling requirement. Our fully trained service and maintenance engineers provide expert on site supervision, technical diagnostics, repair services and planned maintenance capability. It is particularly useful in areas where there is little or no access to gas.

Lighting

Though light bills usually take about 8 percent of an average household budget their careful use could help not only lower cost or expenses incurred but also help conserve energy. There are currently a variety of lighting applications, devices and mediums available in the market today. Keeping in view the energy conservation ideal, producers are coming up with newer ideas to make it easier for their consumers to cut costs and save energy. Some examples would include dimmer switch and sensor lights. The basic thought being inculcated is use light when you need it, when you don’t turn it off!

Biomass Boilers

A cost effective technology that helps you save up to 600 pounds annually as opposed to electric and oil LPG heating. It burns wooden pellets, chips logs and even material like straw and cotton waste to provide warmth in a single room or to power central heating and hot water boilers. It's a sustainable technique as it is sourced locally (that is as long as there are new plants to replace ones used) is stable in price, is easy to use (and maintain) and is environmental friendly besides creating employment opportunities.

Feed in Tariffs With Solar Energy

The feed in tariff system has been designed to motivate energy producers to switch from conventional fossil fuels to renewable energy sources. An environment friendly legislation guaranteeing fixed premium for renewable energy fed back into the national grid. Since power companies are required by legislation to buy renewable energy, the prices of the products, their installation and services expense and their rate of returns remains relatively stable as opposed to other conventional energy providing solutions.The result, owners of small scale Solar PV owners can earn up to 16.0 p per KwH of the electricity generated for the next 20 years resulting in a tax free return of around 8 to 9 percent on their investment.

Renewable Heat Incentive

A first of its kind scheme, initiated by the UK government. The purpose is to encourage the use of renewable energy amongst consumers domestic and commercial. It is basically providing grants and financial incentives to the energy producers and domestic and commercial users to bring about an increase in the use of renewable energy. The RHI is an ambitious scheme with plan to achieve a target of 12 % energy coming from renewable sources. There are two phases to the introduction of RHI and they are as follows:

Phase 1- this is the introduction of Renewable Heat Premium Payment to domestic households and The introduction of RHI to commercial installations (industrial, business and public sectors) both have been introduced.

Phase 2-following the UK government consultation in Sept 2012 the domestic element of the RHI was expected to be introduced in the summer.

The Green Deal Scheme

An innovative financing plan that helps customers pay for energy efficiency improvements through the savings made by them on their energy payments. Applying both to the domestic and commercial sectors it has replaced previous policies like the Carbon Emission Reduction Target (CERT) and the Community Energy Saving Program (CESP).  The green deal process itself has four stages which are:

1)      Assessments-up front service and advice.
2)      Finance-includes no upfront costs.
3)      Installations- on accredited standards.
4)      Repayment- through savings on energy bills.  

On the domestic front four areas eligible for green deal funding are insulation, heating, glazing and microgeneration (generating your own energy).

Infra Red Heating

Designed to heat rooms alongside central heating, these heating panels are energy efficient, and cost efficient. By directly heating the human body, with increased air temperature as a secondary effect, by causing increased blood circulation these tiles require significantly less electricity to use then standard central heating. For example, for those paying electricity bills of 13 pence per unit, heating a room will cost around seven pence per hour and maintaining this temperature will cost 3 pence. 

This product is fully safe, meeting all the standards required by the Safety Standards Authority, and European legislation such as NEN1010.
