Disaster Recovery

Efficiency Direct carries out a range of steps to prevent the breakdown of IT/business systems and avoid potential loss of earnings.

Tenant Billing

We also provide commercial landlords and managing agents with accurate tenant billing services. These services are tailored to suit client requirements and are suitable for clients with multi-let, commercial properties.

To take advantage of our tenant billing services, clients must install a sub-metering system which we can arrange if required. We access systems remotely via GSM or internet links in order to gather data and generate a ‘tenant billing schedule’.

The ‘tenant billing schedule’ can be supplied on a monthly basis and highlights tenants’ electrical consumption and energy costs. Our software also calculates the share of outstanding charges and landlords’ service charges to enable landlords to reclaim accurate utility costs.

Thermal Imaging Surveys

Our highly skilled and experienced engineers provide non-intrusive, comprehensive thermal imaging surveys using thermal imaging cameras. These surveys are carried out to locate and identify electrical and mechanical problems and also to identify areas of energy waste within a range of commercial properties.

These initiatives may feature: building fabric improvements, BMS control system alterations/ improvements, low energy lighting strategies, heating/ air conditioning system improvements and modifications, staff awareness training, the Carbon Trust Standard and more.

We also provide organisations with assistance in monitoring and targeting energy consumption in line with the Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRCEES) which was introduced by the government in 2010.

Metering & Sub metering
