Precision Polyurethane Mouldings

Castech can assist with all your precision polyurethane moulding requirements.  We are able to work with a range of materials to suit your requirements producing components designed for strength, impact resistance or offering malleability. Precision CNC Machining

Having the ability to produce prototypes and to work to low batch quantities alongside our full production manufacturing allows us to offer our customers a complete, cost-effective solution.  Components can be machined in a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous materials, with aluminium being the most common, and our general tolerance is ±0.1mm but we work to the nearest micron.  Castech works to ISO 9001:2008 quality standard so you can rest assured in the high quality of our work.  We are used to working with short lead times, even on medium and large capacity jobs and always work to achieve our customers’ deadlines.
