TwinDisk

Our TwinDisk fasteners have been developed to provide high tensile and torque values when fixing to sandwich and honeycomb panels. They offer a secure, neat fixing that is bonded to panel skin, and because they are inserted from one side only, the panels are not weakened by drilling through both skins. TwinDisks can be manufactured to suit almost any panel thickness, and come in both male and female variations. They are the perfect solution for when you need a strong fixing to walls, floors or cladding.

Poppit

Poppit is a simple and discrete panel fastener which saves time when fixing panels. Bonded to the back of the panel, Poppit remains hidden from view, while its unique design allows panels to be installed, demounted and remounted with perfect alignment every time. A number of sizes are available to match panel weights and sizes, and they can also be used together with most adhesives. Poppits are made from steel and high density polycarbonate, allowing them to withstand 1000's of cycles without failure.

• Spring Clips: our spring clips are permanent fixings that fit easily onto the end of the nail or plain pin fasteners to secure materials such as insulation blankets in place.
• Male Thread Protection Sleeves: these are designed to protect studs from damage or contamination during installation. They can be easily removed for final assembly.
• Nail Tips: fit on the end of nails to protect users from injury.

bigHead is also pleased to provide complete design and manufacturing package solutions. We work closely with customers to gain a firm understand of requirements before producing drawings and prototypes. Once these have been tested, approved and optimised where necessary, production can begin. We require a minimum order quantity of only 500 fasteners.
