Load Latches

All Oceans Engineering can produce load latches with load ratings from 600kg to 9500kg and beyond, with automatic latching and on-load release protection (or on-load release options). Overshoot and zero overshoot types are catered for, as are a variety of different control options (hydraulic, lanyard and remote). All of our designs are suitable for through-running of delicate and wire armoured cables or rope. Tether Management Winches

All Oceans Engineering has a proven track record of delivering top quality tether management winches for use with all tethers, ROVs and submersibles. We have six basic models, all of which can be customised to give hundreds of variations. They have a simple mechanical design but offer exceptional levels of reliability for deep ocean work. In fact, our tether management winches are relatively insensitive to environment or depth. They are fitted with a single reversible electric motor drive (with fixed or variable speed options), and can accommodate tethers up to 55mm in diameter and up to 1000m in length.

Submersible Power Units

Our submersible power units are available in a range of power and voltage ratings from 1.7kW upwards. Customers can choose from fixed or variable speed/output options, close or open circuit options, and a variety of flow and pressure sensor options. Our submersible power units use a closed loop style to reverse a function and therefore do not require a valve pack. Pressure Compensators

We manufacture pressure compensators with the following volumes:

• PC440 – 0.44cl (0.77 pints)
• PC3000 – 2 litre (3.52 pints)
• PC2000 – 3 litre (5.28 pints)

The unique design of all three compensators allows for no oil loss spring change-out. They are suitable for balanced or positive pressure compensation as well as reservoir applications. 

Pressure compensators from All Oceans Engineering have a visual indicator as standard. Customers can choose from various analogue or digital sensor options. 

Underwater Housings

We offer two types of underwater housing: pressure vessels and pressure compensated. These can be made to any size, diameter or length, and may be built from aluminium, stainless steel or titanium. They feature integrated combination units (i.e., PVs with piggy back J/Bs and compensators), and can be constructed with special equipment housings or simple junction boxes. Torque Tools

All Oceans Engineering also manufactures a range of ultra compact and lightweight torque tools capable of delivering controlled torque from 50 Nm to 1700 Nm (Class 3). Class 4 and Class 5 options mean this can extend to 2700 Nm and 6750 Nm respectively. As well as being diver friendly, our torque tools are fully compatible with a range of small electric ROVs. Rigging Winches

All Oceans Engineering can manufacture rigging winches with load ratings from 1Te to 65Te. Customers have a choice of fibre rope or wire rope (whichever is preferred), as well as local or remote, diver or ROV control and power interfaces. Winches may have foundation or in-line mounting configurations.

Underwater Swivels

Underwater swivels are essential for the control of heavy loads on single lift wires. Ours can be made with load ratings right up to 400te. They are proven to give low turning torque even at full load, and are not depth limited.  All units are fully load and torque tested before leaving our facility. 

Underwater swivels from All Oceans Engineering benefit from a long-life, low maintenance design and are DNV Design Approved and Certified. They are supplied with a heavy duty handling and storage stand as standard.
