Sahara Presentation Systems plc is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of presentation products. The parent company has been established since the early 1900’s and since the 1970’s has promoted products into the AV industry. Sahara’s policy is to distribute its products exclusively through a global network of appointed Sahara dealers and distributors. The company does not sell directly to the end user, preferring to work alongside those who supply directly, believing this to be the overall strength of the company. Sahara operate in several channels, with very specific requirements and individual product profiling, namely, AV, Education, Office Products, and Exports. Sahara''s headquarters buildingis based in Erith in Kent, where all Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounts and Marketing take place. On the road, Sahara operates in the UK through a team of Field Sales people. Additional service personnel provide support for products such as data projectors, overhead projectors etc, within their UK market. Sahara works through one major UK Wholesaler, Kingfield Heath and through two Super Dealers, Office Depot and Banner. Many of the UK’s leading office products buying groups use Sahara as part of their own product portfolio. Sahara have their own brand Data Projectors and also distributes for Sharp and Panasonic for their range of projectors, Plasma and TFT monitors.
