Bulk Sampling 

Our CS range of bulk samplers ensure accurate quality testing of truly representative samples, exceeding the standards set out in ISO 13690 and ISO 24333. 

The CS30 is an easy to operate, robust manual sampler that has been specifically designed for bulk grain sampling. It features 2-axis powered operation using a patented gravity flow system. Truly representative samples can be taken from the full load depth and from two adjacent traffic lanes. 

The CS60 offers 2-axis powered operation with fully programmable and easy automatic control, a clear storage tube for visual sample inspection, and variable sample volume capability.

Our flagship CS90 features 3-axis powered operation, programmable automatic control and the ability to sample a wide range of products from flours and dry powders to large animal feed pellets.

In-line Sampling

While our CS sampler range enables you to accurately check bulk loads upon arrival at your facility, careful monitoring of consistency and quality during the compounding process is perhaps equally as important. Our IL50 in-line sampling unit can be mounted almost anywhere, enabling you to collect spot samples as frequently as desired to check for composition, quality deviation or contamination. 

Manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001, the IL50 is compatible with the Holmen range of Pellet Durability Testers and can be interfaced with existing process control equipment. The IL50 guarantees repeatable sampling and accepts samples ranging from powders up to 20mm pellets, allowing for constant quality monitoring of a wide variety of products.
