   Design, development and manufacturing of high quality separators for use in the catering industry to capture and treat fats, oils and grease created by the cooking and preparation of food.

Products:

Domestic Kitchen Biomass Grease Traps - Two sizes of Domestic Kitchen Biomass Grease Traps are available to suit household of up to 10 meals per day and up to 20 meals per day. 
Commercial Kitchen Biomass Grease Traps - Five sizes of Commercial Kitchen Biomass Grease Traps are available to suit restaurants catering for 50 to 400 meals per day. These units are suitable for floor-mounting, inside the kitchen. If installed outside then frost protection will be necessary. 

Recommended systems for the Domestic Kitchen Biomass Grease Traps and Commercial Kitchen Biomass Grease Traps are:

  • System A: Automatic BioFluid dosing
  • System B: Manual BioFluid dosing system 

Underground Biomass Grease Traps - For installation below-ground, connected to the main drain line. A standard concrete surround is required during installation.  Recommended systems for the Underground Biomass Grease Traps are:

  • System A: Automatic BioFluid dosing 
  • System C: Slow-release Biosock 

Manually-Emptied EN1825 Lamina Filtertraps - Designed to be easily emptied manually utilising the winched lifting hoist to raise and suspend the large capacity tray and allow the waste grease and oil to drain off into a waste container for disposal.
