Our range of package pump stations has been developed to provide customers with high quality solutions for all sewage and drainage applications. Our package pump stations are used where the station remains in private ownership or they can be adopted by the water utility company. Our visits consist of visual inspections, working tests, system adjustments and electrical safety checks to NICEIC standards. We also provide ServiceCare customers with a high priority emergency service which is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. This service is provided to ServiceCare customers at discounted rates. Our Wastewater Treatment Plants Division provides expert design services to a wide client base within commercial, industrial, domestic and public sectors. Our team works closely with clients to gain an understanding of the requirements in order to create appropriate sewage treatment solutions in environments and areas where conventional mains sewerage is not available. Our sewage plant designs can be created for installations serving 4 to 5,000 people. Our environmental and water system testing services are essential for the delivery of safe drinking water to users. Our team of microbiologists analyse water samples in laboratories using state of the art equipment. They test for ACOP L8 (Legionella), TVC (Total Viable Count), Total and Faecal Coliform, as well as cold water storage tank tests and other water risk assessments. If any anomalies are detected we work with customers to solve problems quickly and efficiently to eliminate the risk to users. Dangerous bacteria in drinking water can cause serious health problems. We provide oil interceptor services to solve oil spillage problems and to protect the environment from the pollution of hydrocarbons such as diesel, petrol or engine oil. We provide two types of interceptor: Class 1 types discharge less than 5mg of oil per litre to surface water drains and include a coalescer filter and Class 2 interceptors discharge less than 100mg per litre for authorised discharge to foul sewers. All of our interceptors feature closure devices and oil level alarms. We also provide bypass and full retention separators, forecourt separators, as well as service and maintenance programmes which includes the replacement of filters.

Our high quality camera systems are capable of surveying pipe runs of up to 300 meters and feature variable speed control and pan-and-tilt heads for close inspection of faults. Our trained and experience drain specialists use some of the latest technology to reline damaged pipes. Our nationwide service means we can reach all destinations quickly and undertake permanent repair solutions with minimal disruption. Our pipe relining solutions create a new, permanent inner surface to cover cracks or other irregularities.
