Our palletisers are widely used in
processing plants around the world and provide users with reliable and long
lasting solutions. Our palletisers feature applied modular construction, high
degree of availability and longevity, low energy consumption, and quiet,
vibration-free operation. There are four standard models within the range: Palletisers
PLS-C Series, Palletisers PLS-B Series (designed for the building materials
industry featuring high throughput rates and size models with 1200 to 4500
bags/h), Palletisers PFS Series (easy conversion through module exchange and
featuring three models for a nominal throughput of 500, 800 and 1200
packages/h), and Customised Palletisers (to suit special palletising tasks and
to meet specific requirements and for the integration of additional tasks).

We are pleased to provide the industry with
the ROMEO® robot for palletising systems of various kinds. The ROMEO® robot HSG
1 features a rotating column type, swivel arm, four movement axes D-S-D-D,
nominal load of 50kg, maximum operating radius of 1850mm, minimum operating
radius of 800mm and rotating column – total swivel angle 340 degrees. The robot
provides unlimited packing pattern flexibility by storing the packaging patterns
in the control system ready to be activated simply by the push of a button. Various
grippers for picking up palletised goods are available to suit customer
requirements and are an essential part of the Moeller robot system.

We provide a range of conveying systems
including: pneumatic silo charging systems, pneumatic silo discharging systems,
pneumatic conveying devices, complete bulk loading stations (for truck and
wagon loading), chain bucket elevators (standard and special design), high
capacity chain bucket elevators, belt bucket elevators, high capacity belt
bucket elevators, central discharge bucket elevators, screw conveyors, chain
conveyors, BigBag filling and unloading stations, large dimension belt

We provide a wide range of filling machines
and auto-loaders for the effective bag loading from the conveyor directly into
the vehicle. Examples include truck rear and side loaders, single and
double-pivot loading machines for wagons, and platform carriages for the winching-free
loading of trains and other loading systems. Our auto loader systems enable
bags to be stacked fully-automatically on pallets placed ready by pre-selecting

Our innovative and successful Palletless
Stretch Wrapped packages feature the Moellers Reverse Hood System and have been
excellently received in various industries. This load provides users with a
number of economic and technical advantages. The load consists of the cargo and
a polyethylene film sheath which has been created by placing one inner hood of
ultra-stretch polyethylene film over the goods before turning the load 180
degrees and placing an external hood (the reverse hood) over it. The palletless load is easy to handle and
transport and is completely watertight for the protection of the materials
inside and also for easy transportation (reduced costs for covered storage
space, faster loading/ unloading).

film hoods is a highly effective process employed by companies in various
industries. We provide innovative technology and systems for the ultimate load
protection in all kinds of environments. Our transverse stretch hood technology
stabilises and protects the load effectively. The Automatic Transverse Stretch
Hooder HSA – Vario features a stretch arm adjustment for different pallet sizes
and optional understretch of the pallets or HBWStretch for pallet storage in
high bay warehouses. The Automatic Transverse Stretch Hooder HSA-HE features
contour stretch, twin-head machine variants for application of two film formats
and automatic changeover.
