Our core business is the fulfilment of Planned and Cyclical Maintenance contracts to Public Sector bodies, predominantly Local Authorities and Housing Associations within the M25. The delivery of Decent Homes standard properties as a main area of our work has developed over a number of years from its earliest conception at national government level. Particularly strong is our ability to provide kitchen and bathrooms to these standards in line with the visions of our clients and the residents directly involved. We are currently Partnering with a number of organisations, working towards fulfilling their 2008 targets.
