We supply equipment and machinery from many leading brands such as Heian Corporation, MZ Project, Locatelli Macchine and HolzMann Maschinen. We are pleased to offer customers a range of machinery and equipment that will meet most, if not all of their woodworking needs. Our range is developed to meet modern woodworking requirements and to enable customers to work accurately and efficiently.

Holzmann Machinery

We supply a wide range of Holzmann machinery. Items within the range include, but are not limited to:

• ABS 4560 Dust Extraction Unit: this three bag dust extraction unit features a high suction fan unit with four 100mm outlets.
• FS 300-SFP Spindle Moulder: this is a heavy duty industrial moulder that is equipped with a 10.5 HP motor with six adjustable spindle speeds.
• FS 300-SP Spindle Moulder: this industrial model features a 6 HP motor with four adjustable spindle speeds.

Locatelli Macchine

We also supply a wide selection of Locatelli Macchine equipment. Items within the range include, but are not limited to:

• Ariete 3: An automatic hydraulic lathe designed for high volume production of small
  turned items from square feed-stock. It features a hydraulic loading device and a programmable working cycle.
• MK-CNC Lathe: this fully automatic model is of a new design and concept. It has a new numerical controlled lathe to meet high production demands.
• OMK-300: this is a fully automatic model that features a hydro-pneumatic multi-spindle lathe. It has six working stations and a rotating drum unit for the turning and sanding of workpieces.

MZ Project Machinery

Items within the MZ machinery range include:

• MZ LC Rip Cutting Systems: this sturdy and durable system is designed for the rip cutting of all types of timber where optimization is a prime factor. It is equipped with an overhead pressure beam and a precision linear guide rail system for the saw carriage which is fitted with an 11 kW drive motor.
• MZ Liner System (Veneer Bandsaw): this model is designed for the production of large wood lamellas. It is widely used for applications in the flooring industry, for making musical instruments, sports equipment and more.
• MZ Project CS 700 Cross Cutting System: this model has a cutting capacity of 700mm. It is ideal for the production of all types of timber and is available to customers as left or right handed.
