Turbopulse Industrial Series turbine flowmeters are precise, reliable and robust units for the volumetric flow measurement of clean, low viscosity liquids. Their stainless steel construction with tungsten carbide bearings ensures long life performance when used on aggressive and non-lubricating liquids in petrochemical and general industrial applications.

Flow metering applications take many forms, often satisfied by standard products. Sometimes pre-manufactured flow meters are unable to meet specific application criteria. This is when Flow Meter Design can offer solutions to otherwise "insolvable" problems.

Filton's Metering systems are turnkey projects where:

• Your overall requirements are converted into a fully integrated system specification.

• A nominated project co-ordinater will be appointed. 

• The system will be designed and verified by different members of the System

• Engineering Department to help eliminate design shortfalls. 

• Sub-order and progress schedules will be compiled to monitor the project's development.

• Sub-assemblies will be completed and tested as appropriate.

• The final system will be assembled, tested for factory acceptance and dismantled into shipping packages.

• After shipping, site assembly and commissioning will be completed as appropriate before final hand-over.

• Multi product variable viscosity Gravimetric flow.

• Flow rates up to 500 Litres/Minute, viscosities from 1.2 – 200 cSt.

• For calibrating all types of flow meters ¼" through to 2 ½".

• Online viscosity and density measurement as well as temperature control to achieve required viscosity set points.

• Used for turbine, positive displacement control of other types of flow meters, such as those used in Aerospace, Oil, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food industries.
