Direct Packaging Ltd offers a complete range of bag types, with everything from Crimp Seal Bags, Titan Bags and Block Bottom Bags, right through to SOS Bags, Side Weld Bags, Grip Seal Bags and plastic carrier bags. The Crimp Seal Bag, a customer favourite, can be flat or gusseted and manufactured from various materials. They are commonly used to package confectionary, pulses, cereals, chocolate and biscuits.
The Titan Bag has a back overlap seal and crimp seal across the bottom – this is folded over and fixed with a length of tape. Block Bottom Bags are a stylish design predominantly used in the confectionary industry, while Side Weld Bags are usually used to package greeting cards, labels, etc.

The manufacture of boxes forms a considerable part of our operations, and we have a number of single and double walled boxes in a variety of styles for you to choose from. In addition to packaging consumables, DPL supplies a selection of the tools you need for the packaging process. Our heat sealers are ideal for sealing Polyethylene, Polypropylene and PVC films and bags up to 800 gauge in two layers, with seal widths ranging from 200mm to 500mm. Some models come with integrated cutter which can be used to trim bags from lay-flat tubing when used together with a film unroller.
Whatever your budget and application requirements, we can supply the perfect model. All heat sealers come complete with spares kit.

Direct Packaging Ltd provides polyethylene or polypropylene film for flow wrap machines. Large quantities can be supplied from stock, and come plain or printed as required. 25, 30 and 50MU grade films are all available. Other types of film include our Supawrap Stretch Film, a super strong, super clear and supper efficient hand stretchable film, as well as standard centre-fold shrink film, polythene shrink bags on a roll, and shrink gusset polythene tubing.
