Stainless
Steel Balls
We
stock a number of grades of stainless steel balls. Our A.I.S.I 440-C are a
corrosion resistant martensitic type which are ideal for conditions that
require toughness, hardness, and dimensional stability, such as non-return
valves, detents and corrosion resistant bearings. 304 grade stainless
steel balls are extremely tough, and in the annealed condition have low
magnetic permeability. These are typically used in food and chemical
processing equipment. Our
A.I.S.I 316 grade stainless steel balls have a molybdenum content and
offer excellent resistance to corrosive fluids. Again, these are most
commonly used in pump and valve applications in food and chemical
processing plant. |

Carbide
Drills
Carbide
has been proven to be the best choice of material for drilling abrasive
materials. Not only do carbide drills offer an extended tool life, but
they can also run at twice the speed of high speed steel drills. Dejay
Distribution supplies drills in metric, fraction, letter and wire sizes.
Our 200 series of carbide straight flute drills are ideal for drilling
hardened, treated and abrasive materials like stainless steel or cryogenic
alloys. The 215 series of slow spiral drills have been designed to drill

Our
rotor centres incorporate a number of innovative design features which
come together to enable unprecedented accuracy, high load bearing
capacity, and exceptional reliability under all modern production
conditions. Dejay Distribution makes available a complete range of Live
and Dead Centres, Facedrivers, and Special Centres. Our Rotor-Live-Centres
are highly precise and robustly constructed for rigorous applications.
They feature adjustable roller bearings for extended use. A number of

Toggle
Clamps
We
supply a comprehensive range of pneumatically operated power clamps
manufactured by DE-STA-CO, a global provider of workholding and automation
solutions. These high quality and long lasting clamps apply constant and
consistent clamping forces, aiding manufacturers with the quality of the

Burnishing
Tools
We
stock the Superoll roller burnishing tool made by Sugino. The Superoll
provides a mirror-finish surface in one pass, utilising a set of special
rollers that compress the metal surface to obtain a smooth finish. These
can be attached to lathes, boring machines and NC machines, and benefit

Collet
Pads
Dejay
Distribution supplies a range of hard and soft collet pads. These fit
directly into the jaws of high speed quick change jaw and hydraulic front
end power chucks. The option of either a smooth or serrated gripping
surface is available on our hard collet pads, while soft collet pads are
supplied for customers to machine in accordance with their own
requirements. Our Super-Grip collet pads are designed specifically for NC
turning centres and are ideal for exotic or hard materials such as inconel
