We are a small independent company specialising in remote visual inspection and debris retrieval. We perform work nationwide and overseas, providing our clients with real-time views and video records of otherwise inaccessible areas using remote-operated surveillance equipment, high definition CCTV cameras and video endoscopes. We have modern video facilities for capture and editing of video in all popular formats. We carry out debris removal using custom-made tools and equipment that we design and manufacture in our workshops. Our surveillance equipment, which includes pan & tilt cameras with zooming capabilities, enables us to make remote visual inspections inside vessels, tanks and underwater plant. Our motorised crawlers with tilt and pan cameras are capable of travelling up to 200 metres, obtaining interior views of drains or pipework for weld inspection. We are very experienced in debris retrieval and carrying out planned outage and breakdown inspections of critical plant and machinery such as boilers and turbines in power stations. In other industrial areas, we are able to inspect the interiors of mine shafts, large plant, chimneys and boreholes, or burners and refractory linings. Using video endoscopes, our operators can inspect the insides of gearboxes, pumps and valves. Our staff are highly trained and experienced. Risk assessments, method statements and safety documents are prepared in accordance with the client’s programme.
