The Company is a successful Private Limited Company, established in 1934, principally, as the name suggests, to service the power generation industry throughout the U.K. In the mid seventies dependence on this sector was felt to be unwise and a period of diversification commenced resulting in the divisionalization of the Company, i.e. Industrial Filter Division, Aercon Division and Instrument Division. The policy was progressed further by the addition of the Tool Division in 1999 and the technical arm of the Filter Division in 2002.
