We supply high performance corrugated hose assemblies made from stainless steel. These are available in 6 mm (¼'') to 200 mm (8'') NB. These are perfect for a range of applications, including hospitals, schools, hotels, ships, factories, flats, offices, prisons, shopping centres and leisure centres.
Our assemblies have vibration eliminators and stainless steel pump connections which have been designed to accommodate for minor level lateral misalignment or thermal movement, and are adjustable for any building settlement. Ideally suited for high temperature and high vacuum applications, these connectors have been manufactured to BS6501 Pt. 1 standard with AISI 321 grade stainless steel corrugated tubing and 304 grade single overbraid. Connectors are available in carbon steel or stainless steel.

Our rubber bellows expansion joints are flanged to DIN/PN, ANSI/ASA, British BS10, SAE 3000 and JIS standards. These are available in a range of materials: EPDM, Hypalon, Nitrile/NBR/Buna-N/Perbunan, Chloro- Butyl, SBR, Natural Rubber, Gum Rubber and Neoprene or Chloroprene. Rubber Bellows Expansion joints may be Viton or PTFE lined, making them suitable for chemicals and solvents. Reinforced with steel mesh or Aramid, these expansion joints are an ultra-reliable solution.

We supply a range of braided fan coils and chilled ceiling hoses in either EPDM or stainless steel. These are lightweight and easy to handle, while flexibility allows installation in even the most inaccessible areas.

Our range PTFE bellows and hose assemblies are suitable for a range of applications, including the transfer of foods, chemicals, oils and fuels. PTFE hose is suitable for working temperatures between -70 degrees C and 260 degrees C, depending on the pressure.

Mercia Flexibles makes available expansion joins in Monel, Inco, Duplex, Hastelloy and Avesta grades.
Our expansion joints have one or more arches to offer compensating functions and anti-vibration and sound insulation. Joint endings may be threaded, flanged, or beaded to form a tight seal against the matching pipe flanges. The inner rubber lining is resistant to a range of fluids, while the outer rubber cover is strong and durable for a long lifespan.

We offer a range of fabric duct expansion joints which are used instead of metal expansion joints in order to resolve the problems of thermal and mechanical stress which are sometimes found in metal joints.
Fabric expansion joints are suitable for a range of industrial users, including power generation plants, steel mills, paper and pulp mills, cement plants, incineration plants and refineries. In addition to being corrosion resistant, fabric expansion joints are also more tolerant of axial, lateral, torsional and angular movement.
