High pressure aluminium die casting and zinc die casting with press capacities ranging from 20 to 1500 tonnes, the pressure die castings can be machined, powder coated and assembled. With real time x-ray facilities on site GT Diecastings can view and control the level of porosity found in die castings. Plant automation can be made available for high volume projects and currently GT Diecastings are operating two fully robotic cells for the production, machining, and finishing of aluminium pressure die castings. Typical alloys cast include LM6, LM24 and Mazak, markets served include automotive, white goods, hygiene, communications and electrical industries.
