With years of experience in the supply of machined and/or fabricated components and assemblies, we have extensive facilities and expertise that enable us to meet the requirements of clients who require a long-term supplier relationship as well as the needs of clients seeking a one-off component or prototype.

We supply to a wide variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, mechanical handling and machine designers, storage and theatrical production.

We are always happy to offer advice regarding designing for manufacture, and we are especially adept at economically producing components that may at first appear to present production challenges.

Machining

We offer machining services ranging from machined components to fully machined fabrications in any batch size, including one-offs. Our extensive machining facilities enable us to carry out CNC milling and turning as well as conventional drilling, milling and turning.

Our 3-axis CNC milling capacity covers components up to 1050 mm in the X axis, 590 mm in the Y axis, and 600 mm in the Z axis. Our CNC turning capacity encompasses components as large as 225 mm diameter by 1250 mm in length. This capacity is extended to components with lengths up to two metres by our conventional turning facilities.

Fabrication

We have full in-house fabrication processing facilities for the manufacture of components in aluminium as well as stainless and carbon steel, maintaining control of all aspects of the production process. We can produce one off components or medium size batches.

Our facilities include CNC profile cutting as well as guillotining, bending and folding, and plate and section rolling. We can carry out component assembly and welding, painting and final product assembly as required. We are able to produce components weighing as much as 2 tonnes on a standard basis, and fabrication of larger items can be arranged.
