We offer an extensive range of cheese cutting machines developed with the needs of our customers in mind, ranging from single stage cutters to multi-stage machines capable of cutting catering size cheese blocks in both orientations, as well as a pre-pack cutter that can produce random and fixed portions from a 20Kg block of cheese at a cost-effective price. By combining classic engineering principles with state of the art pneumatic technology, we have designed an automatic cheese cutter that provides the operator with accurate portion weight control.
Designing and developing custom machinery is a speciality of ours. For example, we developed a bespoke U-shaped sticks cutter that reduced labour requirements by enabling feeding and unloading from the same position. We also developed a heavy duty cheese cutter for portioning 60Kg blocks of Emmental. Versions are now available for Cheddar and Gouda blocks as well, featuring a powered infeed system.
As well as cutters, we also provide cheese grating lines and speciality pre-pressed cheese production equipment.
