Gears and Winches
Our planetary gear range includes winches, hub drives for winches, slewing and swing gears, mobile and stationary planetary drives, towing winches and freefall winches.
Every winch and planetary drive is built to meet the specific requirements of its intended application. Fifteen module gear stages, each built in four rations, “plug” together in accordance with user defined input and output options. These stages can be assembled in mobile or stationary rope winches or drive units.
Our planetary gears for slewing drives and winches are in use in many applications in the oil, shipping and construction industries.

Steel Profiles
ZOLLERN ISOPROFIL, the precision finished cold drawn steel profiles we manufacture at our Laucherthal and Mannheim factories, are produced in close cooperation with customers in order to address particular production and design requirements in a wide variety of industries.
We specialise in precision shape drawing through precision tools. During manufacture of ZOLLERN ISOPROFIL, our production processes enhance material strength through selective heat treatment and cold forming.
Many economic benefits can be realised through the use of profiles for production. Reducing metal cutting processes can minimise the required number of personnel, tools, and machinery as well as the amount of material used. This has the additional potential benefit of avoiding the use of environmentally damaging materials.
