North Offshore offers keenly developed knowledge allied to an exciting design flair which always aims to maximise the development potential of projects by producing a contemporary yet practical vision. We pride ourselves on the ability to develop projects from concept to practical completion. Our service always aims to go beyond client expectations and as such we find the use of material sample boards and detailed sketches in our design process an important tool in achieving exciting results.
A variety of 3D modelling programmes are used to create our designs of genuine quality to match the aspirations of our clients, such as AutoCAD 2011 3D Modelling/Autodesk Revit 2011 and Photoshop Suite CS5. Utilising such software we are able to offer various types of rendered images to portray our photo-realistic visions to our clients.
Following consultation with the client to explore the brief, we develop initial concept renderings to convey the proposed design.
Technical drawings are produced for workshop manufacture together with client copies for handover manuals, including general arrangements & construction details. North Offshore's design team works closely with project management throughout all stages of the project process, including design, manufacture and installation. On completion we provide 'before & after' presentation boards for comparison purposes.

With our in-house design team we can develop bespoke ideas into reality. Working together with architects, designers and clients from around the world, our skills are recognised for achieving a high quality finish, with exceptional attention to detail. Materials for offshore installation are selected upon their strength, durability and fire rated qualities. All items manufactured for offshore are 1 hour fire rated to comply with offshore construction regulations. All departments work closely with the workshop team to continually update and develop the project as it progresses. By having the manufacture process on site, quality control is much greater than if it was outsourced. During weekly management meetings, the customer can review works as they progress through the various stages of production to completion, ensuring the desired end product is achieved.
Our facilities are set up with the best equipment to achieve optimal results. Whether working with laminated fire rated chipboard or using our extensive carpentry skills to create a beautiful hardwood ornamental piece, all can be protected via our on-site spray-painting unit. FR coatings or staining of any finish can be achieved before being carefully packaged for delivery.
