We supply ready cut and prepared wires to companies and organisations in many industry sectors such as aerospace and defence, communications and data, consumer electronics, industrial control, instrumentation, power and energy, rail and transportation and more. Typically, single wire ranges are from 0.03mm2 to 10mm2 (32AWG – 8AWG) for automated processing and up to 120mm2 with hydraulic cutting and termination. The lengths of wire we process are available with a wide variety of end-preparation options.
These range from insulated and un-insulated crimped terminals to precision tin-dipped ends and/or simple strip-length preparation.

We supply a wide range of flexible braid assemblies in standard or bespoke lengths to meet customers' individual requirements and specifications. These are manufactured in a range of materials each with the capability to flex without hardening.
The properties of our flexible braid assemblies make them particularly suitable for applications that are subjected to vibration or movement. We regularly supply braid assemblies, therefore, to companies such as transportation, defence, aerospace, production machinery, control panels, door panels, etc. Many termination options are available and, if required, we will offer advice as to which options are suitable for your application.
